[DKC/2 - Life in the Shaft Lane]

Epic

This is such a great mix of 3 of the best tracks from the series.
The transitions between the tracks (especially the one from DKC1 Mines to DKC2 Credits) is just perfect.
I really like the short piano arrangement on the Credits aswell!
This is one I definately gonna get on my phone :)

I'm not a guy from the 10's and 5's, only when music is just right.
But this piece certainly is!

(Also, could you PM me when you upload any DKC tracks, if it's not too much trouble? ^^)

Thanks a lot Reno! =D I have a pretty shitty memory but I'll try to PM you when I submit more. There are so many DKC tracks I want to ReMix! =) I haven't actually finished anything for a few months though. I've REALLY got to get back into it. >_<
I'm actually working on a DKC project (game, not series) with some fellow ReMixers on a fansite called the DKC Atlas. I'll PM you the details. (I'm doing a full Life in the Mines ReMix for it ^_^)
And I'm looking forward to hearing more DKC tracks from you too. =)

Very nice use of the vocals, (almost) blending together with the synth. I really like the part right after 1.50 :)

Nice to hear another Pokemon Remix / Remake on Newgrounds, to start with! These games should not be forgotten :(

The fact I voted a 3/5 and it gets a 6/10 is because the song could've been better and sound more realistic. Try to focus more on optimalizing your synths instead of throwing 500 notes in that piano roll :)!

Oh btw, the song isn't from Red, Blue or Yellow.. It's the Gold / Silver Kanto Gym Leader theme ^^'

Keep working on it and I'm sure you'll make some awesome mixes :)

Honestly

Started listening to this, and it didn't took me from the start.. Then after 20 seconds, I started listening around 2 minutes.. Those Strings + Guitar are just plain awesome.. Together with your original composition (not just plain copied) I have to give you 5/5 and 9/10!

This is some great work.. It's not actually my style, I don't even like Guitars.. But the ones in your mix did surprise me! So keep up the good work :)
